Cancellation Policy:

Please contact your stylist at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. Our stylists work by appointments, and without a 48 hour notice it makes it very difficult for them to fill that appointment time.  A last minute cancelation or no show may result in a service fee.

​Late Policy
We understand things happen, and traffic can get hectic in Greenville.  But if you are expecting to be more than 5 minutes late, please call (252)756-8484 ext. 201 or contact your stylist directly to give them a heads up. We work very hard to stay on schedule and allow the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating a late guest can often interfere with that schedule and in tern, inconvenience other guests.  Please be aware that your stylist may have to reschedule your appointment.

Child Safety Policy:

We are a family friendly salon, but not kid proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals, cords, and a busy congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for children. So for their safety, please do not leave children unsupervised or allow them to play on the salon equipment.
